Q – What happens if there is inclement weather? How will I know what the delay/make-up plan will be?

We communicate plans for inclement weather on the banner notification of our website ( and on Facebook. In the event of a total cancellation of a session, (generally) the missed week will be added to the end of the season.

Q – I’ve missed a session or two for vacation, sickness, or a family emergency. Can I make up for the missed session?

Absolutely! We publish a make-up calendar each season. Simply fill out the make-up form attached to the email when it is sent out to secure your make-up spot for the missed session.

Q – When will my child receive his/her jersey?

Youth jerseys are distributed once per school year and are included in the enrollment cost, regardless of the number of seasons you sign your child up for within that school year.

Jerseys are distributed via mail and addressed to the child. You will receive tracking information once the jersey has shipped to your address.
