Meet The Coaches

We are proud to have the best coaches in youth soccer.

Austin Priemer

Head Coach and Program Coordinator

My name is Austin Priemer and I have grown up through the game of soccer playing competitively from the age of 6. While I have played in many different settings including competitively for Florida Elite Tallahassee as well as playing collegiately at Huntingdon College, I have also had many years of experience coaching at the youth and high school level and hope to continue building those relationships as a leader in youth sports. I am a certified FHSAA official and I am always looking for ways to continue participation in what I believe is the greatest sport in the world.

Coach Ryan Cox playing soccer for the Michigan Wolves Soccer Club

Ryan Cox

Coach

I’m Coach Ryan and I’m 21 years old and soccer is my passion. I’ve been playing since I was five and have loved the sport ever since. I played competitive soccer in southeast Michigan for 11 years for clubs such as the Michigan Wolves. I played all four years of high school soccer and was privileged enough to captain the team in my final year. Coaching has been a goal of mine for a long time and to be able to share my passion with kids is an indescribable feeling. Outside of soccer, I enjoy time outdoors getting the full Michigan experience sun or snow. Love time with my family and friends and meeting new people.

Daniel Wright playing soccer for Gold Star FC Detroit in a white jersey and white shorts

Daniel Wright

Coach

“I’m Coach Daniel and I am 24 years old. I have been playing soccer since as early as I can remember. I grew up playing for the Michigan Wolves and was with that team all the way until I graduated high school. I then went on to play Division 1 soccer at Duke University and the University of Virginia. Currently, I am playing professional soccer for Gold Star FC Detroit, based right in Metro Detroit. I have always wanted to get into coaching, because I want to be an impact on a child’s life, as well as spread the joy of the game. When I am not playing or coaching soccer, I am playing golf, hanging out with friends, or on the lake!”
