She graduated from Paloma Valley High School in 2017 and has since built the foundations of her dream zoo, aiming to bring education to youth about all varieties of animals! She has worked with children all throughout high school, long term nannying for families in her community. In 2021, Kelly came across Soccer Shots, and was thrilled with the opportunity to work with children and be able to get active in the best way possible, Soccer Island! Coach Kelly loves to be silly and have fun teaching her students about a sport that she has been so fond of for over 22 years. One of her fondest memories of soccer island is seeing her soccer friends learning to be confident in themselves and making lifelong memories in the process! You will often find Coach Kelly cozying up with a book and a crested gecko, or out with her family and friends exploring local hiking trails!

Coach Austin has had a love for all things athletic and outdoors alike! Since he was a kid, he has been often found either looking for snakes under rocks, or learning a new sport. In high school, Austin was varsity wrestler and all star left defense for his local and high school teams. He has also played football, baseball, volleyball, and track and field. One of Coach Austin’s primary focuses with working with young children is teaching them to try new things, and that even if you make a mistake, that’s just how we learn! Austin's favorite soccer skill is a pull back, and the best game for that has to be “What time is it Mr.Penguin”. Coach Austin’s perfect afternoon looks like going on a family trip to the zoo, and ending the day off with the best food, cheeseburgers!
