Coach Michael is a Northeast Ohio native growing up in Medina where he first found his passion for soccer. Learning to play soccer starting at four years old, Coach Michael went on to be his high school’s team captain and play for Mount Aloysius College. He led his team to a conference championship, and was inducted into the college’s inaugural Hall of Fame class! Coach Michael graduated college with a degree in education and has been involved in youth soccer since graduating high school. Coach Michael loves all things soccer, nature, and helping kids grow in any way. Coach Michael is extremely excited to be a part of Soccer Shots where he can share his passion for soccer and bring joy to children across Northeast Ohio!
Coach Amber grew up in Northfield, Ohio. She grew up playing multiple sports but really focused on softball and basketball. Coach Amber also did four years of color guard in high school. She is currently studying at Cuyahoga Community College; double majoring in Early Childhood Education and Physical Therapy. Along with her time at Soccer Shots, she is currently a teacher at a daycare center and has passion for young children and their development. Coach Amber is super excited to be coaching soccer and teaching young children!
Coach Callie grew up in Green, Ohio. She started playing soccer at a young age and continued to play through College. She has a love for soccer and getting to help kids to learn and grow. Coach Callie is thrilled to get to share her love of soccer with kids through Soccer Shots.
Kelsey Harrington grew up in Austintown, Ohio and started playing soccer at age 7. Kelsey has a Bachelors of Art in Sociology with a minor in Biomedical Humanities from Hiram College and a Master of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania. Kelsey is a dedicated soccer coach and educator with over 12 years of coaching experience and a lifelong passion for the sport. Kelsey has competed at multiple levels, bringing a wealth of experience to her coaching practice. As a standout athlete, she was the captain of her high school soccer team at Austintown Fitch and went on to captain the team at Hiram College. Her leadership on the field earned her all-league honors in both high school and college, as well as prestigious all-state recognition at the collegiate level. In addition to her playing career, Kelsey was a soccer referee for 12 years, gaining a unique perspective on the game from multiple angles. This comprehensive understanding of soccer, combined with her leadership skills, has shaped her into an exceptional coach who is passionate about teaching and developing players of all ages. Kelsey’s love for soccer extends beyond the field. She is a physical education and health teacher for elementary students. With a deep-rooted passion for soccer and education, Kelsey is driven to inspire the next generation of athletes, helping them develop not only as players but as individuals. Kelsey continues to play soccer in multiple adult leagues in the area.
Coach Jillian is a Southwestern PA native growing up in Finleyville where she first found her passion for soccer playing in the yard with her siblings. Jillian continued to grow in soccer, playing at Washington & Jefferson College. Coach Jillian graduated college with a degree in psychology and continued her education at CalU of PA, earning a masters in school counseling. On and off the field, Coach Jillian has a passion for assisting kids become the best versions of themselves! Coach Jillian loves all things outdoors, including running and kayaking. Coach Jillian is extremely excited for the opportunity to help kids explore soccer!
Coach Thomas grew up around the Cuyahoga Valley National Park and fell in love with the outdoors. Coach Thomas played soccer from a young age and had a great time playing the game with my friends. Coach Thomas went to Kent State for educational Studies and has always loved to help kids gain interest in sports and the outdoors. When coach Thomas is not doing soccer shots or other work he can be found hiking outdoors or playing games with his nieces. Coach Thomas can not wait to teach soccer and help kids grow this season at soccer shots!
Coach Chrissy grew up in Avon, playing multiple sports for Elyria Catholic HS, including 4 years of Varsity Soccer as their goalkeeper. She went on to play for Flagler College down in St. Augustine, Fl where she met her husband Ryan. After living in Florida and Georgia and having her Son, Ryan II, the family moved back to Ohio, having her daughter Kimmy and making the Sullivan's a family of 4. Chrissy coached her kids all through elementary school with the North Ridgeville community program as well as was the goalkeeper coach for the Pro Soccer Club for a season. When Coach Chrissy isn't spending time teaching and developing the next round of superstars with Soccer Shots, she's cheering on her daughter, watching One Piece with her Son or traveling with her husband.
Coach Mark has been involved with soccer at various age groups levels for over 35 years. In roles as coach, program administrator, community relations, and player development. Enjoys working to developing not just soccer skills but also confidence, teamwork, problem solving, and socialization.
Coach Audrie was raised in the small city of Ashland, Ohio where she first played soccer alongside her dad and grandpa as coaches. One of her fondest soccer memories was dyeing her grandpa and dad’s hair hot pink for a game because her team had won the previous match! Currently, Coach Audrie lives in Medina County with her fiancé, Austin, and their five adorable cats: Mia, Izzy, Salazar, Winnifred, and Basil. Some interesting facts about Coach Audrie: she is an avid reader, she loves the color green, her absolute favorite food is her mom’s shredded chicken, and her favorite movies are the Harry Potter series and The Sound of Music! She is very excited to be a part of your child’s journey in soccer and can’t wait to share her own passion for soccer with them!
Coach Ava grew up in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. She started playing soccer at the age of three and continued to play through high school. She was the varsity goalkeeper for 4 years while competing in a travel soccer team. Ava is studying Visual Communication Design at Kent State. She has a passion for creating a fun and engaging environment to help kids learn and grow as they play. She is excited to share her love for the game through Soccer Shots.
Coach Grace grew up in Medina and found her love for soccer when playing for the Medina Classics. Learning to play soccer at 4 years old, she went on to be a captain for her club team, Internationals. She also played for Medina High School and the club soccer team at the University of Toledo. Go Rockets!! Coach Grace is currently getting her masters in Speech Language Pathology at Baldwin Wallace University and will graduate this May! Coach Grace loves all things soccer, football, being outside, and helping kids grow in any way. Coach Grace is extremely excited to be a part of Soccer Shots where she can share her love for soccer and bring joy to children across Northeast Ohio!
