Coach Joe moved to San Diego from Arkansas to attend graduate school at San Diego State University where he led an international research project on the Coronados Islands of Mexico. He has played soccer his entire life, and has been coaching and working with kids for over fifteen years. He loves working with Soccer Shots, making kids laugh, and talking with his students. Coach Joe is passionate about education, positive communication, and the important role that sports and physical activity play in a child’s development.
He is an archeologist and has an archaeological project on the Coronados Islands of Mexico.
He used to live on a small farm with his cats, ducks, chickens, and goat.

Coach Putra is from Bali. He joined the Soccer Shots team after graduating from UCSD. He loves playing and coaching soccer and passing along his excitement and passion for this beautiful sport to his students!

Coach Casey is from Beacon, NY but has lived all over the world, including Beijing, Guatemala, Ecuador, Peru, Washington D.C. and Brazil. Coach Casey started playing soccer as a kid and never stopped! Coach Casey decided to become a soccer Coach because education is one of her biggest passions in life. She loves to learn and teach what she’s learned from personal experience. Her wish for kids and adults alike is to live fully and with open hearts, to be creative, playful, joyful, kind, and enjoy this ride we call life. Beside soccer Casey is also a professional dancer!
Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Coach Jordi has been coaching with Soccer Shots for 4 years. Coach Jordi, besides being a fantastic Coach, is a talented musician and multi-instrumentalist. When he’s not influencing the next generation of Soccer stars on the field you can find him playing or recording with his band!
Coach Adrian has been coaching for 3 years, starting from Soccer Shots
Connecticut. He says Soccer Shots allows him to connect with the game he
loves so much and to pass it on to eager and excited young boys and girls.
Outside Soccer Shots, he works in ABA Therapy where he serves as a
Clinical Supervisor working with families and children on the autism
spectrum. His goal is to make this game fun for our participants and spark
a joy for being on the field that will last for years to come.
