He takes these years of sports experience into the sessions and emphasizes teamwork and leadership skills. Coach Charles’ favorite part of being on the soccer shots team is being able to have an impact on not only a child’s day and but potentially on their life.
As a recent graduate of Stonehill College with a bachelors degree in both History and Spanish, I have taken my skills of cross cultural communication into the workplace, working for a non profit in Human Services. However, my weekends are dedicated to my love for coaching, where I bring my excitement, passion, and enthusiasm for building the skills and confidence of our young Soccer Shots stars. Growing up, my father coached my youth soccer team and from there grew my love for sports. While I didn’t stick with soccer, later playing volleyball in high school and college, I am able to reflect on that time to realize the importance of youth coaching, and I can only hope to have the same amazing impact as a member of the Soccer Shots team.

“and super instructors!“
“and Coach Leo is the best coach. He always tries to re-engage kids when their attention may be on something else or if they run off the field. He takes the time to make them feel welcome and comfortable. “
“So patient and sweet! They take the time to include every kid, work with their strengths and work on their weaknesses!“
“We’ve had three different coaches since we started Soccer Shots, and all of them have been great instructors, remembered the kids’ names, and did an excellent job getting all of the kids to participate. We’ve already recommended to several friends.“
