Soccer Shots is held at childcare centers, preschools and schools, as well as public locations. Our public programs are open to the general public while our childcare center and school programs are only open to those enrolled at the location.
Soccer Shots provides all of the equipment needed at each of our sessions. Your child should wear activity-appropriate clothing. Cleats and shin guards are NOT necessary.
To find public programs in your area, select Enroll Now at the top of this page.
Yes! We are always willing to start a public program near you. The easiest way for this to happen is for you to form a group of eight children willing to take part in a Soccer Shots season. These could be children from your neighborhood, friends from church or synagogue, or your parent groups. We're happy to help talk through ideas on how to make this happen. Please contact your local director for more information.
Our weekly 30-40 minute sessions focus on basic soccer skills like dribbling, passing and shooting. Through fun games and positive reinforcement, children will begin to experience the joy of playing soccer and being active. We also highlight a positive character trait each session such as respect, teamwork and appreciation.
Soccer Shots attempts to make up all missed sessions during the course of a season. We will either add an additional week to the season or choose a make-up day.
In the case of inclement weather, Soccer Shots will notify you of any cancelations and make up sessions. We generally try to notify you of cancelations at least 2 hours before the start of the session.
If Soccer Shots cancels a session due to inclement weather or for any other reason, we will schedule a make up class—generally near the culmination of the season. While we do our best to make up all missed classes, if more than two sessions are missed in a season due to weather, we cannot guarantee the ability to schedule a make up due to field availability and time constraints.
Soccer Shots Refund Policy At Soccer Shots, our goal is to provide every child with a positive, fun, and educational soccer experience. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we aim to be as flexible and understanding as possible. *SCHOOL PROGRAM CANCELLATION POLICY* For our school-based programs that operate on a monthly recurring payment schedule, we kindly ask families to notify us in writing at least 7 days before the 1st of the next month if they plan to withdraw from the program. This allows us to: • Cancel your upcoming monthly payment in time, and • Open up your child’s spot to another student, as many of these programs also have waitlists. Notifications received less than 7 days prior to the 1st may result in the next scheduled payment being processed, with the withdrawal taking effect the following month. *PUBLIC PROGRAM CANCELLATION POLICY (and schools that are not billed monthly)* • Before the Fourth Week of the Season: If your child is unable to participate and you notify us before the fourth week of the season, we are able to offer a prorated refund or a credit, depending on the situation and the notice provided. • After the Fourth Week of the Season: Due to the nature of our programs and the high demand for spots—many of which have active waitlists—we are only able to offer a prorated credit toward a future season once the fourth week has passed. By that point, your child has held a valuable spot that another child may have wanted to fill. • In Special Cases: We recognize that life can bring unexpected changes. In select instances, where advance notice is given or under extenuating circumstances, we may be able to offer a refund. Please reach out to our team so we can work with you individually. • Please note, for those enrolled in league-play through SOCCER SHOTS SELECT, we can offer a prorated account credit within the first two weeks of the season. Following week two, we cannot offer a refund or credit due to the formation of teams and fixed schedules. *IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT FEES, we want to be transparent about a couple of key details: • The $30 registration fee is non-refundable for all programs, no matter when you cancel. • A $10 refund processing fee applies to all approved refunds. These fees help us manage the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our programs running smoothly and ensures a great experience for every child. Thanks for your understanding! At our heart, we want all children to be participating and having an excellent Soccer Shots experience. If that isn’t the case for your child, please don’t hesitate to connect with us—we’re here to help and want to make it right, whether that means switching to a different program, pausing participation, or offering a credit for another time.
